Twin Rivers Osteopathy - Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all appointments, classes, memberships, services and products provided by [[BusinessName]] ("the Practice").
By booking an appointment, attending the clinic, purchasing a membership or participating in any service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Fees are payable at the completion of each appointment unless otherwise agreed.
Memberships and class packs must be paid in advance.
The Practice reserves the right to change fees at any time. Updated pricing will be published on our website or provided in clinic.

Outstanding accounts may result in future bookings being declined until payment is received.
5. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans sometimes change. To ensure appointment availability for all patients and clients, we require advance notice of cancellations.
Osteopathy Appointments
Appointments cancelled 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment incur no cancellation fee.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the consultation fee.
Reformer Pilates Classes
Classes cancelled 12 hours or more before commencement will be returned to your class pack or membership.
Classes cancelled with less than 12 hours' notice will be forfeited.
6. Late Rescheduling
Rescheduling is treated the same as a cancellation.
Changing an appointment or class within the applicable cancellation period (24 hours) may result in the full cancellation fee or loss of the class credit.
This policy applies regardless of the reason for rescheduling unless otherwise determined by the Practice management in exceptional circumstances.
7. Failure to Attend (No Show)
Patients or clients who fail to attend without notice will be charged:
Repeated failures to attend may require prepayment for future bookings or result in suspension of booking privileges.
8. Late Arrival
If you arrive late, your appointment or class may be shortened to avoid delaying subsequent appointments.
The full consultation or class fee remains payable.
If you arrive so late that treatment or participation is no longer practical or safe, the appointment or class may be treated as a late cancellation.
9. Memberships and Class Packs
Memberships and class packs are:

Unused sessions remaining after expiry will not be refunded or extended except at the Practice management's discretion.
10. Membership Pausing
Memberships may be paused for:

Children attending the clinic must remain supervised by a responsible adult at all times (unless receiving treatment).
Children are not permitted to use Pilates equipment unless enrolled in an approved program.

Personal belongings are brought onto the premises entirely at the owner's risk, including any vehicle parked at the Practice.
The Practice accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged property except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Mobile Phones
Please place mobile phones on silent during appointments and classes.
16. Photography and Recording
Photography, video recording or audio recording within the clinic or studio is prohibited without prior consent.
17. Respectful Behaviour
The Practice is committed to providing a respectful environment.
Aggressive, abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or other clients will not be tolerated.
The Practice reserves the right to refuse service where such behaviour occurs.
18. Health Fund Rebates
Private health insurance rebates are subject to your insurer's rules and eligibility.
The Practice does not guarantee rebate availability or benefit amounts.
19. Liability
Participation in exercise and treatment involves inherent risks.
Clients acknowledge these risks and agree to comply with all safety instructions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
Where permitted by law, liability for health and fitness services may be limited in accordance with applicable Victorian legislation.
20. Privacy
Personal information is managed in accordance with the Practice Privacy Policy.
By attending the Practice, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your information as described in that policy.
21. Changes to Bookings
The Practice may reschedule appointments due to practitioner illness, emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
Where possible, reasonable notice will be provided.
22. Changes to Classes
Class timetables, instructors and services may change without notice.
Where practicable, clients will be notified of significant changes.

The Practice shall not be liable for delays or cancellations resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, power outages or other emergencies.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria.
Any disputes shall be determined in the courts of that jurisdiction.
26. Acceptance
By booking or attending the Practice, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
The Practice reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be available on the Practice website (this page) and at reception.
