Our superior Reformer Pilates machines feature fully customisable spring-based resistance to help you build lean muscle, improve strength, posture and mobility!
The first class is the Orientation Workout. This allows us to get to know you a little better, ensuring that your workouts with us are as effective as possible based on your needs — right from the start. The class will be 40-minutes long, including a great workout!
You’ll then be ready to book your 5 x Reformer Workout classes to enjoy across 3 weeks from your first class.
