Twin Rivers Osteopathy is a family run clinic established in July 2023 providing Osteopathic care to the public of East Gippsland.
Principal Osteopath - Dr Sharon Banks
Dr Sharon Banks is an experienced and dedicated osteopath who completed her Master’s Degree at the University College of Osteopathy in Central London in 2014. She opened Twin Rivers Osteopathy in July 2023 and provides high-quality, patient-centred osteopathic care.
Sharon offers a comprehensive range of treatments, including osteopathy, dry needling (medical acupuncture), sports therapy, and Clinical Rehabilitation Pilates.
She has a strong focus on treating musculoskeletal pain, back and neck pain, sports injuries, postural issues, and chronic conditions. Her approach is based on manual therapy techniques, holistic care, and tailored treatment—helping patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and support long-term health and wellbeing.
With a lifelong passion for medical science and the human body, Sharon was drawn to osteopathy for its whole-body, evidence-based approach. She considers physical, environmental, and lifestyle factors to deliver accurate diagnosis and effective, personalised treatment plans. Her goal is to help patients move better, feel stronger, and return to doing what they love.
Before becoming an osteopath, Sharon had a professional background in ballet. Following her dance career, she travelled extensively through Europe before settling in Dahab, Egypt, on the Red Sea. There, she spent seven years teaching scuba diving and running a sports therapy practice, treating athletes such as windsurfers, scuba divers, and yoga practitioners. During this time, she achieved her Advanced Trimix certification and completed deep dives to 100 meters in the world-famous Blue Hole.
Today, Sharon combines her diverse clinical experience with a strong understanding of movement, performance, and rehabilitation. She enjoys working with people of all ages—from office workers with postural strain to athletes recovering from injury.

Originally from Taiwan, Amber combines her background in meridian-based massage with extensive hands-on experience gained in Australia. She offers a balanced and client centred
approach to every treatment, and has worked with a wide range of clients over the years, developing strong practical experience in helping to manage muscular tension, physical fatigue, postural strain, and stress related
discomfort.
Amber tailors each treatment to the client’s body on the day and their individual needs. Rather than following a fixed routine, she adapts her techniques to suit how the body is presenting, combining therapeutic methods
with a calm and intuitive touch to support both effective treatment and deep relaxation. She is known for her professional, consistent, and caring style, and for creating a calm and supportive treatment environment.
Moment Space Wellness Massage is a locally owned wellness practice built on the principles of professionalism, relaxation, and mind-body balance. It was created from Amber’s vision to offer clients a safe and welcoming space to slow down, release stress, and reconnect with their bodies. In a calm and comfortable environment, clients are supported to focus on physical recovery, deep relaxation, and longterm wellbeing. Even in the busiest of times, a visit to Moment Space offers a dedicated time for rest, restoration, and self-care.

Collaborator -Makeup and Lashes by Daisy
Daisy is a qualified makeup artist and lash technician with over 8 years of experience in the beauty industry.
After moving to Melbourne at 18 to study at the National Academy of Beauty, she completed a Diploma of Screen and Media (Specialist Make-up Services), where she discovered her passion for both makeup artistry and lash extensions.
She later expanded her skills with advanced lash training and has since specialised in lash extensions, lash lifts (including Korean lash lift techniques), and brow services.
Daisy is known for her attention to detail and perfectionist approach, ensuring every client leaves feeling confident and completely satisfied with their results.
She is passionate about delivering high-quality personalised results that enhance each client's natural beauty.
