Your Pilates journey begins with a compulsory Orientation Session. During this session, you'll become familiar with the reformer equipment, learn how the springs and carriage work, and be guided through the fundamental Pilates movements and techniques.
This important first step ensures you feel confident using the equipment, understand correct posture and breathing, and can exercise safely and effectively before progressing to our regular classes.
